4. How is your information stored

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data will be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

5. Photo and Video Materials

We may take photos and videos at our workshop that include you and/or your artwork. By default, you consent to us photographing or filming you while attending our workshop. We reserve the right to use any of the photo or film materials obtained during the workshop on our website, social media and promotional materials. You will be given the option to withdraw this consent at the start of each workshop.

You may not photograph or video the workshop without our prior consent.

We will not publish your name or other personal details in relation to the collected photo or video material unless you have given us your personal permission to do so.

We want to give you the opportunity to exercise your right to control your personal information and protect your privacy wherever we can. We offer the following options for you to take control of your personal privacy.

• When accessing our website you will be given the opportunity to opt out of any non essential cookies via our cookie banner. 

• You may withdraw your media consent by filling out the media consent withdrawal form on our website.
